A full or partial body treatment will indulge the mind & body including your selected scent of essential oil & a scented hydrothermal steam towel for full benefit for your treatment. 

Benefits of Eucalyptus:
As an ingredient in many products, eucalyptus is used to reduce symptoms of coughs, colds, and sinus congestion. It also features in our Ste.Annes Mist used in a shower, bath or as a room or pillow spray. Eucalyptus is helpful with relieving muscle and joint pain while has been known to promote a healthy immune system.

Benefits of Lavender:
Lavender is known to have antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties, which can help to heal minor burns and bug bites. Research suggests that it may be useful for treating anxiety, insomnia, depression, and restlessness.

Benefits of Citrus: 
Citrus will uplift & balance mood, decrease blood pressure, and relieve stress.Citrus essential oil also has antibacterial and antimicrobial properties that may help treat various conditions, such as acne.

** Although essential oils are quite popular with so many wonderful options available, we must limit scented oil use to the products available at Hands on Health during your visit. Patients & staff with hypersensitivities will appreciate your understanding as we avoid the combination & intensity of scents within our clinic.

3/4 hour appointments allow time for 1-2 areas of focus or generalized techniques for partial body care.

1 hour appointments are ideal for INITIAL full or partial body care or for those requiring additional time to address multiple areas of concern.
1.5 hour appointments are ideal for those seeking full body treatment or more time to address multiple areas of concern.

2 hour appointments are available as full body treatment for overall care incorporating medi cupping techniques as indicated.
